Kyle Chadburn & the Earthbound Spirits
The Earthbound Spirits emerged in 2022 as a studio collective formed to record material written by Vermont singer-songwriter Kyle Chadburn. The band's songs are an eclectic and organic mixture of soulful, blues-oriented rock and rootsy Americana.
Since their inception, the band has produced several studio recording projects ("No Direction Vol. 1," "No Direction Vol. 2," and “Free Will Becomes Fate”). Each of those EPs was warmly received by audiences, fans, and music journalists alike.
In March of 2025, the band invited a small audience into the studio with them as they recorded their first live album with engineer/producer Ben Collette at Tank Recording Studio in Burlington, Vermont. The songs on this live release span the band's catalog and include some brand new, never-before-heard songs as well. The recording demonstrates the energy, spontaneity, and eclecticism that the band brings to the stage each time they perform.
The band's new, full-length studio album (“So Much Left to Show”) was released on May 1st, 2026. The songs on the album demonstrate the breadth and depth of the band’s sound, from driving R&B-tinged Rock to vintage Soul and even spacey psychedelia. The band will maintain a limited performance schedule throughout the year, so be sure to catch the live experience whenever you can!
